MODERN SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING STATEMENT

At Source Agency Ltd, we are committed to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and other forms of exploitation throughout our operations and supply chain. We are a UK- based creative agency operating in marketing, digital content, and consultancy services and while our risk profile is low, we take our ethical responsibilities seriously.

Our Commitment
We uphold the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and we will not tolerate any form of modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or those we engage with. This includes contractors, freelancers, clients, and suppliers.

Our Structure and Supply Chains
Source Agency operates primarily within the UK. Our service-based model means we work with:
- Freelancers and subcontractors in creative and digital services
- Clients and agencies across a variety of sectors
- Technology platforms and cloud service providers
While we do not operate in traditionally high-risk sectors, we remain vigilant in our due diligence. Policies in Place

We have implemented the following policies and commitments:
- Code of Conduct – all staff and freelancers must adhere to our ethical standards.
- Supplier & Freelancer Vetting – we conduct basic due diligence on all third parties, especially when engaging overseas talent.
- Anti-Slavery Clause – we include clauses in freelancer and contractor agreements to confirm compliance with UK anti-slavery legislation.
- Whistleblowing Policy – we promote a culture where concerns can be raised without fear of retaliation.

Risk Assessment
Although our business is considered low risk, we assess potential risk areas such as:
- Remote overseas freelance platforms
- Subcontractors operating outside of the UK
- Rapid growth periods where vetting processes might be strained
If any red flags arise, we commit to investigating and halting engagement until resolved.

Training and Awareness
Due to our company size, formal staff training is not yet mandated. However, all internal team members and team leaders are briefed on:
- How to recognise signs of modern slavery
- How to report concerns through internal or external channels
- The ethical importance of responsible sourcing

Measuring Effectiveness
We track our commitment through:
- Annual policy reviews
- Supplier and freelancer vetting logs
- Contract compliance checks
- Staff briefings and internal check-ins

Approval & Publication
This statement is made voluntarily in alignment with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It is reviewed annually and published on our website and available upon request.
